What is La Lanzadera? A school and series of highly practical seminars designed to launch children and youth workers into effective and Biblical ministries. It is a "live laboratory" that includes practical work in local churches and King´s Kids outreaches, along with workshops led by experts from Spain and around the world.

During the twelve week basic course, you will live what you have learned, working "shoulder to shoulder" with other students and pastors, equipping you to work in your current local church setting or together with the staff of La Iglesia Lokal (a new youth-targeted church in Barcelona!) putting on youth activities which include evangelistic campaigns. You will receive vital and personal training in "one-on-one" times with the directors and the staff of the school. You will be part of a "network" of experience and learning.

What you will receive from this course:

· 12 theory classes of 3 hours each (Monday nights)
· 2-3 intensive seminars 10 hours each
· Books and material
· Weekly invovlement in practical ministry works
· Periodic personal evaluation with staff
· Special invitaion to join King's Kids outreaches
· Training and practice in "youth cells"
· Personal consultation with the speakers and staff of the church
· The majority of the material will be credited towards the official Director of Children and Youth Activities course offered by the Generalitat de Cataluña (required license for recognized children and youth workers.).
