¿CÓMO NOS FUE EN MÁLAGA?

qué calor! it was hot!

El primer día, llegamos a las 19:30. Saludamos a la peña de JCUM, y algunos de la juerga que montaron en el bus, estaban cansadísimos, entonces fuimos a dejar las cosas en el gimnasio...¡Ah! no os comuniqué que estuvimos alojados en el instituto Jacaranda, en Churriana, un pueblo a 15 kilómetros de Málaga.

How did it go in Málaga? We arrived at 7:30pm and greeted the group from YWAM, but a lot of us were dead tired from all the fun and games on the bus. We left our things in the gym and... oops, I forgot to tell you that we were housed in the Jacaranda school in Churriana, a pueblo about 15 kilometers from Málaga.

Cuando ya todo estaba en orden, nos dieron instrucciones, trabajos prácticos, (lavar baños,) reglas y nos presentaron a cada miembro de esta campaña llamada MOLA. Al día siguiente, después del desayuno, acudimos a un devocional, estaba muy bien. A las 22:00, jueves, nos fuimos a la actuación. Fue, impresionante. Se convirtieron unas cuatro personas.
VIERNES: El grupo "Heartbridge" desde los EEUU actuó con nosotros, bailaron Hip-Hop, y un baile africano, una pasada, todos con su vestuario, era muy bonito.

SÁBADO: día libre, y nos fuimos a la playa, bastante fría. Entre nueve personas, cada uno puso 1 €, y alquilamos una barca de pedales, fue muy divertido.
DOMINGO: concluyó una Santa Cena, y en ese culto, el grupo de JCUM hizo unos cuantos bailes, casi todos afrobrasileños, a parte que Marcos, el coreógrafo, es brasileño.
LUNES: ese día todos bailamos, y ocho personas se convirtieron, fue impactante. El martes fuimos a un rastrillo, y ahí había gente que estaba muy interesada, y se comprometieron a acudir por la noche. Ahora estoy escribiendo desde la "Furgui" camino a Alicante.

With everything more or less put in order, we received our practical work assignments (cleaning bathrooms, etc.) and we found out the name of the campaña was "mola" (shich basically means "cool"). The next day after breakfast, we had a good devotion time. Then at 10pm we had our first ministry time. It was really impressive. Four people prayed to give their lives to the Lord!
FRIDAY: The group "heartbridge" from the USA performed with us. They did some Hip-hop, an AFrican dance, it was cool with really neat utfits, too.
SATURDAY: Our day off and we went to the beach, but it was cold! 9 of us pooled our euros to rent a pedal boat which was a lot of fun.
SUNDAY: Communion at church and the YWAM group did some more Afro-Brazilian dances.
Monday: WE all were in the presentation and 8 people prayed to receive the Lord! On Tuesday, we went to a Flea Market and found a bunch more people interested in coming to the concert that night. I´m now writing you these lines in the van on the way to Alicante.
